If you don't want your Content used for model training, you can generate Content privately with any paid subscription plan (Creator or Artist). Private Content isn't accessible to others and won't be used by Outburst for model training.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, database management, AI model processing, payment processing, and analytics. These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.

5. Your Generated Artwork

With a paid subscription (Creator or Artist tier), you have control over your content privacy. When using a paid plan, your generated Content is private by default and cannot be accessed or used by other users.

If you are using the Free tier, all Content you generate is publicly available by default. It may be viewed by other users, appears in search results, and can be indexed by search engines. Please note that if you or Outburst remove Content from the Service, copies may still be viewable in cached and archived pages, or if other users have copied or saved that information.

  • Free Tier: All artworks are public by default and may be displayed in our public gallery, viewed by other users, and indexed by search engines
  • Paid Tiers (Creator/Artist): Artworks are private by default and only visible to you. They will not be used for model training.
  • Prompts: Text prompts used to generate artwork are stored with your account for your history
  • Model Training: Public content (Free tier) may be used to train and improve our AI models. Private content (paid tiers) will not be used for model training.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS
  • Secure authentication systems
  • Access controls and authentication for our systems
  • Regular security assessments and updates
  • Database security rules to protect your data
